I push the world to think about who gets to design the future.

Since learning to code in high school in 2001, then landing my first tech internship at Microsoft at the age of 14, I’ve been obsessed with technology and creating things from scratch. Those early days laid the groundwork from which I’ve built companies, written books, and spoken on the stages at Google, Amazon, Cisco, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and more.

Today, I teach corporate leaders and public-sector executives how to value and invest in communities of color building the future through innovation.
